1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of My Friend AI — a personal AI agent deployed on a dedicated server, provided through my-friend-ai.com and Telegram.

2. Service Description

We provide setup and deployment of a personal AI agent powered by Claude (Anthropic) on a dedicated server (VDS) with Telegram bot access. The service includes installation, configuration, and training.

3. Rights and Obligations

We commit to:

• Deploy your agent on a dedicated server within agreed timeframes
• Provide training on agent usage (up to 30 days)
• Offer technical support with an active maintenance subscription

You agree to:

• Provide necessary access credentials (API keys, tokens)
• Independently pay for Anthropic subscription and server hosting
• Not use the agent for illegal activities

4. Payment

Service pricing is listed on the website. Payment is due in full before work begins. Anthropic subscription and server hosting are paid separately by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for disruptions in third-party services (Anthropic, Telegram, hosting providers), nor for actions performed by the agent at the user's direction. The agent is provided "as is" after setup.
