Refund Policy
1. Before Setup
Full refund is available if requested before we begin deploying your agent. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
2. After Deployment
Once the agent has been deployed and configured on your server, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are not available after deployment, as the work has been completed.
3. Service Issues
If we are unable to deliver the service due to our fault, you will receive a full refund. If the agent experiences issues after deployment, we will fix them under our support commitment at no extra charge.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not process refunds for third-party services (Anthropic subscription, server hosting). These are billed separately by their respective providers.
